Natures Ville offers you an online purchasing service which allows you to purchase a selection of the items available at our stores from your computer/mobile. You can also benefit from promotions, gifts, and exclusive offers.
Below, we invite you to review the general conditions of sale which regulate the purchase of Natures Ville products via this Website. Therefore, use of this Webpage implies your acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
These Conditions may be modified from time to time as set out in clause 29. Please check these terms regularly as the current Conditions in force at the time of use and/or purchase on our website shall be binding on you. Any use of the website after such Conditions have been modified shall constitute your consent to such Conditions.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE
3.1. Availability of the service
Delivery service for the items offered on this website is available in Singapore.
For International delivery, please contact our Customer Service directly.
Due to Customs regulations, state or local government restrictions, or other rules and regulations of foreign countries, some or all products contained on this website may not be available in your area, or outside the Singapore.
International customers agree to be sure of the following and must accept these terms: all rules of Customs and clearance to receive our products are the sole responsibility of the customer, and not Natures Ville. Natures Ville is not responsible and cannot be held liable for packages which are confiscated by Customs, or misuse of the products. We will not replace any items seized by the customs department of any country outside the Singapore. All items shipped to countries outside Singapore are shipped totally at the risk of the customer and will not necessarily be reimbursed or replaced if the items are lost, stolen, or confiscated. We reserve the right to add insurance to any order being shipped outside the Singapore to protect the interests of both Natures Ville and you the consumer.
3.2. Order Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the cancellation policy (see our Cancellation Policy).
Order amendment is not allowed for orders paid via debit / credit card.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY, a fee of $5 is chargeable and to be paid directly to the despatch.
Orders shall be processed each working day before 12PM. Any changes need to be done before the processing time. After such timing, it will be taken as a finalized order.
Customers are liable to pay a $5 redelivery charge in the event goods have to be sent a second time, due to the absence of the receiver, or non-payment of the order on the buyer’s part.
In the event an exception is made, and goods are delivered without payment received, the customer is expected to make payment within 3 working days or a late payment fee of 3% on your order total will be charged per day, indefinitely, until payment has been received.
Our team strongly advises that you follow these tips:
Upon receiving your delivery, inspect all repacked bags for signs of damage or contamination.
Store the food in a cool, dry location, in an air-tight storage container.
3.3. Order procedure
- Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
- The shopping basket contains the reference of the selected item. The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method selected.
- User will be provided with an itemised summary of the order, identifying the item(s) purchased, the total price (including transport and taxes) and the order delivery details, in order for the user to confirm this by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
- Purchases may be paid by using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via PayPal and Bank Transfer. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.
- Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the webpage, allowing users to track the order from their computer at any moment.
- An automated order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the address indicated by the user with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. If you do not receive this e-mail, this could be due to a temporary communications problem in the network or an error in the e-mail address entered. In both cases, Natures Ville advises the user to contact Customer Services.
3.4. Availability of products
All orders are subject to the products being available. If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, Natures Ville will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using either via bank transfer or cash.
3.5. Right not to accept an order
Natures Ville may cancel or refuse to accept any confirmed order on the following grounds:
- In the event of a technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of products contained on the webpage when the order was placed.
- Due to a lack of availability, as described in point 3.4.
- When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- When there are reasons to indicate that the user is a minor.
- If Natures Ville was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.
- Natures Ville will fully reimburse any sums that have been paid.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. Payment and currency
The prices on this Webpage are quoted in SGD.
If the customer subsequently modifies the delivery address and the destination country, the prices displayed in the final summary of the order may vary.
All orders where the destination is outside Singapore, any other taxes and/or custom duties applicable within the country of choice will be applied.
4.3. Payment methods
Natures Ville accepts COD, Bank Transfer, payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via PayPal.
4.4. Payment security
In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, Natures Ville uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.
As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, Natures Ville reserves the right to check the personal details provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1. Local Delivery
Delivery of items purchased at Naturesville.sg will be carried out via our local courier company and delivered in approximately 1 to 3 working days (within Singapore).
Our delivery hours are from 6.00pm to 10.00pm every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except PH).
Our delivery service is subject to the availability of our resources, and we reserve the right to reschedule any order that you may place with us.
Delivery is free (single location) for orders over S$ 40 and charged at S$ 5 in the case of orders below this amount for all areas except Jurong Island & Sentosa.
Additional surcharges may be levied in the following situations:
- delivery to the Central Business District – $5
- delivery to the ERP areas – $5
- re-delivery – $5
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
5.3. Payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer
Once payment receive before 4pm, items will be delivered on the same working day otherwise it will be delivered on the next slot of delivery.
5.4. International Delivery
Customers will be charged shipping fees to cover postage or shipping costs to their destination. It is imperative to note that Naturesville.sg does not charge nor profit from the shipping costs billed to the customer for overseas shipping or postage. Naturesville.sg only serves to act as a middleman between the customer and the shipping company but claims no responsibility for the loss of an order through the use of an external, third party shipping agent (i.e.. all shipping organizations engaged for the purpose of fulfilling overseas orders).
When a customer opts to ship their order overseas with Natures Ville, they agree to release Natures Ville and its staff from all liabilities, damages, or losses etc as a result of the customer’s, or the third parties’ actions.
Upon receipt of shipping or postage, or once the order has left the possession of any Natures Ville staff and has been handed over to the shipping company, Natures Ville is not liable to help track, locate, nor refund the order. It is the onus of the customer to liaise directly with the shipping company henceforth and settle disputes between themselves. All complaints, claims and questions pertaining to any external product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor or party.

INABILITY TO DELIVER
Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Please keep in mind that transport derived from the termination of the Contract may have an additional cost which we will be entitled to pass on to you.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the specified delivery time. However, unforeseen circumstances like act-of-God or traffic/parking restrictions may result in delays. All delivery times stated, agreed, or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only, and we will not be bound by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to you from late deliveries.
In the event that we are unable to make delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order & collection of cash, a S$5.00 surcharge is applicable for a return trip to re-deliver the order. Customer must make payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer for re-delivery & update transaction via What’s App at +65 9850 6585. Strictly no cash on delivery method for re-delivery.

TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS
The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you (or a third party nominated by you) as outlined in Clause 5 above. You agree to inspect the items at the point of delivery to ensure that the delivered items correspond with the order.
You will take ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery (as defined in Clause 5 above), whichever is the later.
EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ensure that you have read through our Order and Delivery Information before placing your order.
Natures Ville shall bear no responsibility in the event a customer has neglected to agree to the terms and conditions stated and therefore encounters difficulties throughout the procurement of their order.
Please bear the following guidelines in mind while shopping with us. We hope to help make your shopping experience as seamless and efficient as possible!
We DO NOT accept Exchange/Return of items purchased unless it is due to our negligence.
All products sold are non-refundable. It is the duty of the customer to ensure that all items are received correctly, and in acceptable condition. We regret that upon acceptance of their order, liability falls solely to the customer, and no refunds, or exchanges will be entertained, and it is deemed that the order has been duly fulfilled.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- All cancellations and amendments request must be submitted to us prior to the delivery date in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to +65 98506585. Otherwise, there will be a $5 cancellation charge. For bulk orders, cancellation after the order confirmation is subjected to a surcharge of $10. If you have applied promo code to the order, the promo code cannot be re-used once the order is cancelled.
- Order amendment is not allowed for orders paid via debit / credit card.
While Naturesville.sg may choose to fulfil orders from customers overseas, we regret that we are strictly unable to extend any refunds, exchanges or returns to customers residing outside of Singapore.
