What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free delivery above $40.00 for every purchase (except Sentosa, Tuas and CBD area). For purchases below, a $5.00 delivery charge will be applicable upon request for home delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept Debit and Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer and PayNow.

How long will delivery take?

For order before 3pm and before all delivery slots are taken, our delivery will be done within 1-3 working (Monday to Friday except PH) from 6pm-10pm. 

For orders later than the stated above, delivery will be on the next working day unless stated or requested. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon ordering, our Customer Service Officers will contact you via What’s App/ E-mail/ Phone Call within 1-3 working days for confirmation of order, address and delivery timing.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice will be given upon receiving your purchase.

Are your products HSA and AVA approved?

Yes! We are proud to say that our Capsules has gone through lab test with HSA before they are being sold islandwide. Health Juices falls under the food category thus licensed by AVA. 

Are your products HALAL certified?

Yes, our products (capsules) are Halal Muis Certified! Our products are also formulated and naturally brewed with Natural Ingredients.
